• Events & Growth: Collaborate to drive events and convert new bar clients into members.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Lifecycle: Own end-to-end inventory management-from forecasting and purchasing to secure warehousing, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
• Supplier Negotiations: Drive high-stakes negotiations with beverage suppliers and luxury brands to secure exclusive pricing and maximum commercial upside.
• Bar Operations & VVIP Service: Direct day-to-day bar execution, high-volume bottle service, and world-class hospitality for elite clientele.
• Team Leadership: Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, training, and operational safety to foster a high-performing culture.
• Events & Growth: Collaborate with management to drive high-impact events and convert new bar clients into members.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7+ years in high-end beverage management, with 2-3+ years running large-scale bar operations in mega-venues.
• Core Traits: Uncompromising integrity, strong financial acumen, total operational sobriety, and clinical decision-making under high stress.
• Communication: Excellent English fluency; Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
