Job summary

Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking intuitive and impassioned Associates to join our luxury hospitality team in Tsim Sha Tsui. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service, crafting cocktails, and supporting the outlet manager to reach monthly targets while maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality diploma and at least 1 year of luxury hotel experience, with strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, plus English, Cantonese and Putonghua language skills.

Qualifications

• F5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Good in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is advantage.
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards.
• Assist the outlet manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
• Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and host guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas. Provide and serve food and beverages to guests, able to mix different cocktails.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits. Assist with inventories as necessary. Control costs. Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.
