Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in bar management at a high-end or luxury establishment.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service that reflects company standards.
• Manage day-to-day bar operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all financial targets and budgets for the bar are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of bar supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and quality at the bar.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the bar to maintain a seamless service experience.
