Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong is seeking a guest-focused bar service professional to deliver high-quality service across dining experiences. You will ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining bar area readiness and cleanliness, in line with hotel standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience, knowledge of spirits and wine, and strong English communication skills; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
• Understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
