• Maintain flawless standards of operational excellence, health, safety, and cleanliness behind the bar at all times.
• Engage with high-profile guests and regulars, acting as a key host to deliver an unforgettable, high-energy luxury experience.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and culinary team to design exclusive pairings, high-end activations, and private events.
