Elite Concepts in Hong Kong is seeking an inspiring, hands-on Bar Manager to build a standout bar culture and deliver an exceptional guest experience every night. You will set high service and beverage standards, lead a capable team and create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

With 3–5 years in bar leadership, you will optimize operations, cost control and menu development, while collaborating with marketing and events to grow bar revenue in a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years proven bar management or supervisory experience in a high-volume venue.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a track record of exceptional beverage standards.
• Passion for delivering guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
• Commitment to thoughtful service, great bar food and memorable hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Set clear service standards and lead by example on the floor.
• Lead daily bar operations, manage costs, budgets and inventory.
• Develop and refine the cocktail menu to fit the venue's identity.
• Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to drive bar revenue.
• Recruit, train and retain a high-performing bar team.
