• Coordinate closely with the floor team to optimize seating geometry and table turns.
• Maintain a strong, hands-on presence at the door during peak, high-pressure hours.
• Master the food, beverage, and concept details to drive authentic guest recommendations.
• Keep both front and back-of-house reception areas immaculate and well-stocked.
• Build deep rapport with high-profile regulars, corporate clients, and socialites.
• Maintain a flawless guest database to track preferences and drive brand loyalty.
• Execute personalized recognition strategies so regular diners feel valued.
• Handle all event inquiries, negotiate financials, and manage logistics from planning to execution.
• Partner with the PR firm and GM to execute promotional campaigns and media visits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years in fine dining hospitality, with at least 3 years in a front-of-house or guest relations managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Full professional English fluency is required; professional proficiency in French is a bonus.
