aimHigher Consultancy Limited is recruiting an elite Bar Manager for a luxury venue in Hong Kong. You will lead a high-energy bar team, shape a world-class beverage program, and drive exceptional guest experiences for a discerning, influential clientele.

You will manage budgets, control beverage costs, optimize inventory, and collaborate with the GM and culinary team on exclusive events and premium pairings. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Bar Manager or Head Mixologist in a high-volume luxury setting.
• Deep knowledge of modern mixology, beverage trends, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record mentoring diverse hospitality teams.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills for discerning clientele.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire an elite bar team, overseeing recruitment, training, scheduling and performance development.
• Curate and elevate a world-class beverage menu of craft cocktails, premium spirits, and an exceptional wine list.
• Drive financial success by managing the bar budget, beverage costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain flawless standards of operations, health, safety and cleanliness behind the bar.
• Engage with high-profile guests and regulars to deliver a memorable luxury experience.
• Collaborate with General Manager and culinary team on exclusive pairings, activations, and private events.
