Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in cocktail preparation and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations including staffing, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff; schedule shifts; engage with guests; coordinate events.
• Design and craft cocktail menus aligned with the bar theme and seasonality.
• Manage bar inventory, costing, budgeting, and pricing to maximize profitability.
