Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 6 years' insurance sales experience (manager level).
• Experience coaching and training bank sales staff in insurance.
• Possess Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 and 3 license preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to obtain relevant regulated activity license if required.
• Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales of AIA products through banks to meet quotas.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision makers at banks.
• Create demand for AIA products to meet client needs.
• Develop and administer bancassurance sales programmes.
• Manage accounts within a geography for a product set.
• Achieve pre-set ANP, case counts, and KPIs at branches.
• Provide training to BEA frontline staff on product and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, complaints handling, privacy.
• Organize bank sales events and activities.
