Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Hong Kong seeks a senior bancassurance sales professional to maximise product sales through banking partners and meet business targets. You will build long-term relationships with bank decision-makers and highlight how AIA's solutions address client needs.

You will train bank frontline staff on products and sales techniques, monitor sales momentum, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal codes. Fluent in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required and insurance sales experience preferred.
• Licensing in Insurance Intermediaries 1 & 3 is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English and Chinese, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve predefined business targets for ANP, case count, and KPIs across designated banks.
• Provide ongoing training to bank frontline staff on products, sales techniques, and processes.
• Support operations and application processing; respond to frontline inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with BEA area heads and branch staff.
• Monitor sales momentum and coach to uplift productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company codes and conduct.
