AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior sales professional to drive bancassurance across partner banks in Hong Kong. You will manage key relationships, develop distribution programs, and push product penetration to meet business objectives.

The role requires 6+ years in insurance sales, coaching experience, and a valid IPI license preferred. Strong English and Chinese communication, drive, and resilience are essential to success.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 6 years’ (Manager) insurance sales experience.
• Experience coaching and training bank sales staff on insurance.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 or 3 preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Achieve pre-set targets on ANP, case count, and KPIs for designated branches/districts.
• Provide ongoing training to frontline staff, including product and sales technique.
• Support operations and answer inquiries from frontline staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with area heads and branch managers.
• Organize localized bank sales events and participate in sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company Code of Conduct.
