Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales professional to drive robust channel performance through banks, meet ambitious quotas and deliver reliable customer outcomes. You will build lasting relationships with bank decision makers, provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity, and lead end-to-end sales support from pre-sales to compliance.

University graduate with 10 years’ insurance sales experience, fluent in English and Chinese, and able to work under pressure are

Qualifications

• University graduate with 10 years’ insurance sales experience, preferably with bank frontline experience.
• Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred.
• Good spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments.
• Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and KPIs for designated branches/district.
• Monitor the sales momentum on sales staff and branch level.
• Provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity.
• Build up and maintain solid relationships with banks’ district managers, branch managers and frontline staff.
• Communicate marketing and sales programs to bank staff and ensure awareness and participation.
• Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer enquiries from bank staff.
• Provide pre-sales preparation for coming appointments.
• Provide appointment calling skill training through call monitoring findings.
• Provide ongoing training for the bank’s frontline staff on product, sales technique, etc.
• Execute compliance duties with regulatory and our company’s Code of Conduct.
