Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Operations Executive (B2B - Japanese JLPT N2) to support onboarding, system administration, invoicing, and high-level enquiries for corporate banking partners in Hong Kong.

The role is strictly back-office and requires 1–3 years in B2B operations, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and JLPT N2. English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency are expected; candidates with sales/RM backgrounds will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years in B2B operations or client servicing.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Onboard B2B clients and set up system accounts with high accuracy.
• Handle client enquiries and resolve issues as the primary operations contact.
• Prepare monthly invoices and operational reports with Excel-based processes.
• Support compliance and maintain SOPs across B2B portfolios.
• Assist with system testing and process improvement initiatives.
