Job summary

Priority Pass (A.P.) Limited in Hong Kong (Quarry Bay) is seeking a Client Operations Executive who speaks Japanese to support B2B accounts and client inquiries in a hybrid work setting. You will ensure accounts are set up accurately and manage paperwork, reports, and issue resolution with precision.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration or related fields, plus at least 1 year in customer services, operations, or project support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively.
• Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints.
• Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues.
• Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner.
• Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts.
• Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
