HS Finance & Credit Co. Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable professional for a front-line coordination and supervisory role.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 6-8 customer service, tele-sales and administrative staff, ensure efficient operations, and uphold service standards with strong leadership and analytical skills. The role requires solid English and Cantonese, a diploma or above, and 2+ years in customer service.

Formación

• Diploma or above; degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service and operations.
• Experience from servicing industries.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills.
• Strong leadership with analytical and strategic mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Manager.
• Potential to lead and manage a team of 6-8 CS, Tele-sales & Administrative staff.
• Monitor, manage and improve front-line operations and service quality.
• Conduct meetings and briefings to staff and reinforce processes.
• Analyze business and provide insights to sales and leadership.
• CRM data analysis, evaluation and statistical reporting.
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
