Job summary

Manpower Group in Hong Kong is seeking a structured Client Operations Executive to support B2B account administration and workflows. The role is strictly back-office, handling onboarding, invoice generation, and high-level enquiries for corporate and banking partners.

Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential; Japanese JLPT N1/N2 is required, with Korean a plus. 1–3 years in related ops is preferred; Bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ops or related fields.
• 1–3 years in B2B operations, client servicing, sales support, or admin.
• Fresh grads in sales/RM won’t be considered.

Responsibilities

• Onboard B2B clients end-to-end with high accuracy.
• Handle client enquiries and issues, escalate when needed.
• Prepare and deliver monthly invoices and operational reports using Excel.
• Maintain compliance and SOP adherence across B2B portfolios.
• Support ad-hoc system testing and process improvements.
