Job summary
Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Client Operations Executive to manage end-to-end B2B onboarding, system administration, invoicing, and high-level enquiry handling for corporate clients.
The role is strictly back-office with no sales or RM duties. Requires 1–3 years in B2B operations, advanced Excel, and multilingual communication (English, Cantonese, Mandarin; JLPT N1/N2). Casual Korean knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 1–3 years in B2B Operations, Client Servicing, or Operations Administration.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data tools.
- Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; JLPT N1/N2 required; Korean is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Onboard B2B clients and set up system accounts with accuracy.
- Handle B2B bank client enquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver monthly invoices and operational reports.
- Support compliance and maintain SOPs across B2B portfolios.
- Assist with system testing and process improvement projects.
