Job summary

Checkpoint Systems Limited is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to acquire new clients and manage existing accounts in Hong Kong. The role focuses on identifying upsell opportunities, expanding key client relationships, and diagnosing business pain points across branches.

You will design end-to-end process improvements and analyze KPIs to boost sales productivity while selling networked multimedia solutions and services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management
• Experience managing B2B client accounts
• Understanding of sales KPIs and productivity metrics

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new B2B clients and manage existing client accounts
• Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within assigned accounts
• Develop and expand key clients’ accounts
• Diagnose business pain points across branches and front-line sales
• Design end-to-end process improvements
• Analyze business KPIs and sales productivity
• Selling networked multi-media solutions & service
• Acquire and manage client relationships to drive revenue
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline
