Auberge Hospitality invites applications for a front desk membership services role at the Club in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong. The incumbent delivers excellent customer services to club members, handles inquiries and bookings, and supports club administration and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and controlling visitor payment documentation reports for follow-up actions by supervisor.
• Conduct and submit end-of-month inventories, extensions, and summaries.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

The incumbent is responsible for delivering excellent customer services to club members, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing overall satisfaction. He/she is also handling club administration, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing membership services and customer relations to club members at Club’s front desk;
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times;
• Handle guests’ enquiries and bookings, provide assistance according to customer service standards;
• Assist in monitoring and controlling procedures for visitor’s outstanding payment documentation reports for follow-up actions by supervisor;
• Conduct and submit end of month inventories, extension, and summaries; and
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, graduated in Hospitality Management will be an advantage;
• 3 - 4 years relevant work experience, preferably with club or hospitality experience;
• Initiative, willing to learn and take up challenges;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).

Work Location: Discovery Bay
