Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is seeking a capable Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage bar operations with cocktail expertise. The role requires fluency in English and Chinese and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality certificate with at least 3 years of similar experience, and are outgoing, confident, and dynamic.

Qualifications

• Certificate or above in Hospitality or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Solution oriented and guest experience focused.
• Outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• More experiences will be considered as Restaurants & Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation at the restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and make recommendations if needed.
• Possess good bar management, cocktail knowledge and customer service skills.
• Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely.
• Perform other tasks as assigned with a positive attitude
