Job summary

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned housekeeping professional to oversee cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms within a premier resort setting. You will ensure all rooms meet the brand standards and collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to sustain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and exceptional guest service, with responsibilities spanning daily supervision, training, and handling ad hoc duties to uphold an outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping operations.
• Excellent teamwork, problem solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Guest service oriented with clear communication skills.
• Proven leadership in managing hotel housekeeping teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect guests' rooms to ensure cleanliness and condition meet hotel standards.
• Ensure room furnishings, facilities and equipment are well maintained and replaced/refurbished as required.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to maintain accurate room status and smooth operations.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and inspecting all guests room in hotel are clean and in good condition, which meet the hotel’s standard
• To ensure guest rooms furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required
• Informs other operating departments, which concern notably the Front Office, to ensure accurate room status, in addition to communicating with Engineering and the Laundry
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
