Job summary

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong – a premier hotel group within Auberge Hospitality – seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to lead dining operations at Discovery Bay. You will supervise service standards, coach staff, collaborate on promotions, and ensure cost control, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while maintaining professional appearance.

The role requires 6+ years in F&B with supervisory experience, a hospitality management certificate, and fluency in English and Chinese; WSET is a plus.

Qualifications

Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years Food and Beverage experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
WSET Level One or above is preferable.
Strong professional presentation and decorum in all guest interactions.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Provide continuous coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop promotional activities aimed at boosting business.
Estimate operating equipment and supplies consumption, manage the purchase within budget.

- Encourages and motivates staff to provide optimum service during all shifts

Requirements

Certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years Food and Beverage experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
Excellent food and beverage knowledge with creativity, with WSET Level One or above is preferable
Strong professional presentation and decorum in all guest interactions.
Enthusiastic, outgoing with excellent service-oriented personality
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
