Assistant Vice President, Branch Transformation & Process Re-engineering

Drive Branch Transformation and Digital Migration

Lead and raise initiatives to migrate traditional counter transactions to digital, self-service, and assisted-service channels, enhancing customer experience while improving branch productivity and operational efficiency.

Process Streamlining and Centralization

Identify, review, and redesign branch operating processes for centralization, standardization, and simplification. Eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize operating models to improve service delivery and reduce operational risk.

Automation and Process Re-engineering

Participate in automation, workflow digitization, and straight-through processing opportunities to streamline branch operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve end-to-end efficiency and control effectiveness.

Industry Benchmarking and Stakeholder Management

Benchmark industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and Group standards to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable process enhancements.

Risk and Control Enhancement

Partner with 1st, 1.5, and 2nd Line of Defense teams to review, challenge, and strengthen branch processes, ensuring operational efficiency is balanced with robust risk management, compliance, and governance requirements.
