Job summary

Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. seeks a Manager, Sales Solution (Branch Network) to diagnose branch and front-line sales pain points, design cross‑functional process improvements, and drive end-to-end projects that boost sales opportunities and acquisition productivity.

The role includes contributing to MIS design and reporting dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and embedding governance and audit requirements into designed solutions. Strong English and Chinese communication is essential.

Qualifications

Manager, Sales Solution (Branch Network)

Diagnose business pain points across branches and front-line sales, design end-to-end process improvements and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects to empower front-line sales to capture opportunities and boost acquisition productivity.

Assist on MIS design, requirements, and system implementation to define branches performance data and shape requirements for reporting and management dashboards.

Analyze business KPIs, sales productivity, and process efficiency to identify operational gaps.

Support operational supervision and governance for branches. Embed audit and compliance requirements into solution and process design, balancing business growth with risk mitigation, and strengthen operational resilience across branches.

Produce training materials and SOPs based on implemented solutions to support front-line sales enablement. Act as the central liaison across internal parties aligning requirements, solutions and project updates to ensure efficient delivery of priority initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 10 years of experience within the banking sector, with solid exposure to banking operations, sales enablement and end-to-end project delivery.

Exposure to banking digital transformation and business system requirements gathering is preferred.

Proven ability in sales and operating workflows and develop standardized solution frameworks.

Advanced in business analysis skills and strong proposal-writing capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
