Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the design, planning and delivery of competency-based and soft skills programmes for staff across on-site and online settings.

The role drives online learning development, maintains the learning management system, coordinates staff incentive programmes and handles ad hoc projects while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and effective training evaluation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Training, Management, HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in learning and development, with 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong training design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills; solid project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, deliver and assess competency-based and soft skills training programmes in classroom and online settings.
• Provide training solutions to staff and drive talent development initiatives.
• Develop online learning and maintain the e-learning system; manage staff incentive programmes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for the all training activities and for driving talent development initiatives effectively.

S/he will provide training solutions to staff members, including designing, planning and delivering and assessing the results of competency-based and soft skills training programmes in both classroom and online settings.

S/he will also drive the development of online learning and maintain the e-learning system. S/he will also be responsible for staff incentive programmes and all ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• A degree in Training, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is required.
• At least 5 years' relevant work experience in learning and development, corporate training or talent development, including hands-on experience in training design and delivery, of which at least 3 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Strong training programme design, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, as well as solid training project management knowledge
• Creative, proactive and people-oriented, with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Experience in video production, multimedia content creation, graphic design or digital learning development would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential, and familiarity with e-learning software applications.
