Job summary

Luk Fook Group is hiring a Training Coordinator to assist in preparing training materials, maintaining records, and coordinating class logistics. You will support video production and digital learning content while providing comprehensive admin support to the Training Team.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of training experience; retail exposure is a plus. Strong communication and team spirit are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in training is required.
• Retail industry experience is preferred.
• Detail-minded and well-organized with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with video-making tools
• Strong digital know-how and willingness to learn new technologies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
