CMB International Capital Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Strategic Learning & Development professional to design and drive the annual training and development strategy, leveraging blended learning to foster continuous professional growth.
The role involves managing external training partners, performing training needs analysis, and supporting talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to enable a high-performing team.
Strategic Learning & Development: Design and execute the annual Training and Development strategy utilizing blended learning channels to foster continuous professional growth.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage external training partners to ensure high-quality course delivery that aligns with organizational standards and requirements. Including procurement-related tasks arising from supplier selection
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct comprehensive TNA initiatives to diagnose skill gaps, evaluate program efficacy, and drive data-informed quality improvements.
Talent Management & Succession Planning: Implement key talent frameworks to accelerate leadership pipelines, support structured succession planning, and nurture high-potential employees.
Organizational Development: Partner in reviewing and refining organizational structures to streamline workflows and maximize operational efficiency.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Spearhead engagement initiatives and oversee corporate recognition programs to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
Drive cross-functional execution of ad projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years HR experience in learning and development function.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
A good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficiency in Excel is highly preferred.
Prior experience in HR system setup/implementation is an advantage.
