Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Ltd in Hong Kong is recruiting a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a large-scale residential portfolio. You will lead preventive maintenance planning, monitor contractors, implement improvement projects, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while coordinating with authorities.

The role requires a degree in a related field, professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA are an advantage, and 5–10 years’ experience with at least five in management,

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years’ experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Self-discipline and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules and monitor large-scale residential maintenance.
• Plan, implement and supervise improvement projects to comply with latest regulations.
• Review and monitor performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget and update related operations policies.
• Liaise with government authorities and public bodies.
• Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks as required.

• Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work fora large scale of residential premises
• Plan, implement and supervise improvement projects to comply with the latest statutory regulations and requirements
• Review and monitor the performance of maintenance contractors, suppliers and technical team
• Prepare annual maintenance budget, set up and review relevant operations policies and provide staff training
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
• Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA an advantage
• 5 -10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Strong leadership and effective communication skill
• Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Salary

• 35000 - 55000 / MONTH
