Job summary

Shun Tak Property Management Ltd is seeking a senior property operations professional to be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio. You will supervise Senior Property Officers and other staff, and monitor the performance of services contractors, including cleaning, security, landscaping and R&M contractors.

You will oversee R&M conditions and prioritize works with the technical team.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in property management or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management, of which 3 years must be in supervisory level.
Holder of PMP Licence is an advantage.
A member of relevant professional organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances.
Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
