Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance officers and technicians responsible for a portfolio of retail properties. The role requires planning and controlling the annual maintenance budget and monitoring system efficiencies to advise on updates or renovations.

Fluent English and Chinese are needed, with 10 years of property maintenance experience in developers or management companies. REW B(0) or above is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies, Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering.
• 10 years property maintenance experience gained with property developers or management companies.
• Maintenance experience for large-scale estates or a portfolio of properties highly preferred
• Strong technical experience in both building and building services works
• Good people management and leadership skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Holder of REW B(0) or above will be an advantage

• Position: Maintenance Manager


• Responsibilities: Leading a team of maintenance officers and technicians for the the maintenance works of a portfolio of retail properties. Plan, forecast and control of annual maintenance budget. • $40-50K. 5-day, medical, bonus.
