Job summary

Urban Group is seeking an Assistant Technical Officer / Technical Officer to join its facilities management team in Hong Kong. The role involves preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising technicians and contractors, and assisting in renovation projects to ensure quality service.

The candidate should have a Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services or related field, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in building maintenance.
• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC operation and MS office.
• 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline).

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work
