Job summary

HKR International Limited (HKRI) is seeking a Technical Officer to assist the Manager – Technical in overseeing the E&M facilities of its designated properties in Hong Kong. The role covers daily operations, handover after revitalization, and supervising repairs.

You will organize maintenance, manage contracts, prepare tender documents, monitor progress, and participate in ad-hoc projects. Qualifications include a Diploma in Building Services Engineering, REW Grade A, at least 2 years' relevant

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Holder of Certificate of REW Grade A.
• At least 2 years’ experience in building repair & maintenance in property related field, experience in supervisory level is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in building & E&M regulations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin.

Job description

Requirements:

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Technical
