MM HK Retail Limited, part of the Max Mara Group in HK and Macau, is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive daily store operations and cross-department collaboration. You will guide sales performance, inventory control, and service standards while steering promotional campaigns and staff training.
The role requires 6–8 years in retail management with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity and excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills. Based in Wan Chai District, HK.
Assist in managing daily retail store operations, actively leading cross-departmental communication and planning to optimize overall operational efficiency, service excellence, and inventory control.
Analyze store sales figures and operational KPIs for management review; support the formulation and implementation of actionable business strategies to maximize sales and hit targets.
Partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Marketing, and Training teams to drive cohesive, high-impact retail initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and changing customer buying behaviors to identify strategic sales opportunities and improve store performance.
Mentor and coach store leaders and frontline teams, ensuring staff deliver exceptional service standards while facilitating ongoing product and operational training.
Lead special retail projects and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in retail store management or retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong business acumen with high sensitivity to sales data and operational KPIs.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and guide store teams.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication skills.
High flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
