RecruitFirst Limited invites applications for a Store Operations Manager at a leading luxury fashion brand in Hong Kong. You will lead the BOH and operations teams, oversee inventory, after-sales care, and boutique administration to ensure an excellent customer journey.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in luxury retail, with 4 in supervision, fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and proven leadership under pressure; Diploma or above, proactive and detail oriented.
Lead boutique operations, back-of-house and administrative functions

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for putting store team members in the best conditions to perform by leading boutique operations, image / maintenance matters and administrative procedures. The incumbent reports to the Boutique Manager and leads the back-of-house (BOH) and operations team to secure efficiency, effectiveness and service standards, with the aim of supporting an excellent customer journey in store.
Oversee inventory management, product flow and operational efficiency in accordance with company regulations
Prevent stock loss and stock damage; monitor BOH capacity and work with the Boutique Manager / Department Manager on replenishment
Manage after-sales / care services, defective items and local damage cost control
Lead stock deliveries, client repairs and merchandise transfers from warehouse, other stores and repair workshop
Conduct daily routine spot checks, housekeeping standards and stock-take investigations
Lead boutique audit and ensure procedures are completed on time
Lead the BOH team, including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Tailor, Shop Attendants and part-timers
Manage work schedules, grooming standards and job duty allocation
Provide coaching, set individual goals, monitor performance and support team development
Propose operational solutions to the Boutique Manager and foster collaboration across boutique teams
Oversee cashiering, till reconciliation, daily closing, transaction updates, emails and packaging
Prepare and update operational reports
Validate staff attendance, leave, overtime and monthly commission records for timely submission
Manage boutique expenses and petty cash
Maintain documentation and streamline work processes for operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with retail handbook, procedures and related regulations
Oversee boutique maintenance, IT issues and vendor performance
Act as the liaison between store, office operations and IT support
Ensure adequate supply of boutique materials, systems, equipment and uniforms
Maintain store tidiness and professional image in line with company standards
Diploma or above
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years at supervisory level in the luxury retail industry
