Job summary

MM HK Retail Limited, part of the Max Mara Group in HK and Macau, is seeking an experienced retail leader to drive daily store operations and cross-department collaboration. You will guide sales performance, inventory control, and service standards while steering promotional campaigns and staff training.

The role requires 6–8 years in retail management with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity and excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills. Based in Wan Chai District, HK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in retail store management or operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong business acumen with focus on sales data and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily retail store operations and lead cross-department communication.
• Analyze store sales figures and KPIs for management review and strategy.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Marketing, and Training teams on initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Mentor store leaders and frontline teams to maintain service standards and training.
• Lead special retail projects and support senior management as needed.
