What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations management within the luxury fashion industry.


• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.


• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards, customer service excellence, and inventory management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional Asia-Pacific languages are a plus.


• Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.


• Proficient in retail management software and MS Office Suite.


• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
