Job summary

Bottega Veneta Hong Kong Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to report to the Store Manager and lead daily operations, sales and customer service.

You will mentor staff, manage CRM and stock, optimise visuals, and ensure VIP client relationships in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6 years solid experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 4 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion market practices.
• Presentable, energetic and driven to succeed.
• Excellent management and organizational skills; adaptable with strong results orientation.
• Strong numerical sensitivity and budget management capability.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff; solid HR support skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local customers and target market.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

We are currently seeking a Assistant Store Manager who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Hong Kong.

Your opportunity

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business goals. Supports day-to-day running of the store, CRM activities, loss prevention, human resources management and visual merchandising presentation. Acts as a brand ambassador with consistently high standards to enhance sales and motivate store staff to excel.

How you will contribute

• Support the achievement of the Store/Individual Sales Target
• Maximize the business potential of the store and sales by category in line with company strategy
• Mentor, motivate and retain the staff in store, support in building teamwork
• Support staff optimization vs business needs
• The efficient monitor of the CRM tools and client book
• Manage store image and store operations in respect with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
• Stock Management to ensure availability of merchandise and services
• Support in knowing the competitors
• Contribute to build effective relationships with new and existing customers
• Contribute to deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with company standards

Who you are
