The role requires a degree in business or retail management, 10+ years in retail leadership, and fluency in English and Chinese with Putonghua. Willingness to work on a shift roster including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail management, preferably in department stores or multi-category retail.
• Strong sales planning, merchandising, inventory management, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication; Putonghua required.

Reporting directly to senior management, this role will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple product categories.

Profile

• Strong track record in sales planning, merchandising, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Well-connected within the retail industry, with strong market awareness and understanding of customer trends and purchasing behaviors.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-oriented, highly proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with conversational Putonghua required.
• Flexible to work on a shift roster, including weekends and public holidays when required.
