Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading international renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure organisation to recruit an Assistant Manager, Total Rewards & HR Analytics in Hong Kong. You will support compensation programmes, HR analytics, reporting, and governance across the region, engaging with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 4–7 years’ experience across Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics or HRIS, with strong Excel and data

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience across Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, HR Operations, or HRIS.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation and bonus review cycles and market benchmarking.
• Analyze workforce and compensation data to provide insights on headcount and labour costs.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Translate workforce data into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
