Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an Assistant Manager, Total Rewards and HR Analytics to lead analysis, planning and governance of total rewards programs across HK, China, Singapore and Bermuda. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design policies, reviews and incentive schemes.

The role requires strong Excel modelling, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, with at least five years in Total Rewards or related analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least five years of Total Rewards or analytics experience.
• Strong numerical and Excel modelling skills.
• Experience with policy design and governance is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Total Rewards consultant for HR and internal clients.
• Assist in planning, designing and evaluating total reward policies and programs.
• Oversee annual salary reviews, bonuses and other incentive programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill analysis and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams on rewards projects as needed.
