Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking an HR Rewards Assistant Manager for a regional role focused on compensation and benefits strategy across the region. The role will partner with HR leadership to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The candidate will support salary frameworks, incentives, and benefits administration, while coordinating annual salary reviews and budgeting with HR and Finance across multiple countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in HR Rewards / Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards (regional exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, incentives administration, and benefits program management.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR/Payroll data handling (HRIS a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Support the regional compensation and benefits framework (salary structure, incentives, allowances, and employee benefits).
• Assist in annual salary review processes, ensuring timely planning, guidance, and documentation across countries/sites.
• Coordinate and manage incentive/bonus and rewards-related administration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Drive implementation of HR reward policies and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines.
• Partner with HRBP and Finance to support budgeting and forecasting for reward programs.
• Maintain and improve HR reward documentation, reporting, and analytics (e.g., headcount, cost, pay position).
• Support regional HR projects related to reward transformation and system/process improvements.
