Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Total Rewards consultant to advise HR and internal clients on Total Rewards programs and policies, supporting planning and governance across HK, China, Singapore, and Bermuda.

You will lead annual salary reviews, bonus/incentive programs, benefits reviews, benchmarking, and other rewards initiatives, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver analysis and reporting aligned with Group standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HRM, Statistics or related discipline.
• At least five years of Total Rewards experience.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and Excel modelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• HRIS Compensation Module is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Total Rewards consultant for the HR team and internal clients, providing expertise on Total Rewards programs and policies.
• Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating total reward policies, processes, and programs, as well as governance framework for Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Bermuda
• Take responsibility for various Total Rewards initiatives, including annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits scheme reviews, C&B benchmarking, and other rewards-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill analysis and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with Group governance and regulatory standards.
• Support the enhancement of the total rewards value proposition for employees and improve line managers’ ability to communicate key reward philosophies and messages.
• Manage relationships with service providers.
• Collaborate with global teams on rewards projects as needed.
• Undertake other assigned duties and ad hoc projects as necessary.
