J Blooming International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development to spearhead market expansion for central kitchen and restaurant brands. You will win B2B corporate catering, wholesale, OEM contracts, and build corporate dining programs while coordinating with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Immediate availability is preferred; English and Cantonese are required, Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma graduate or above.
3-5 years of experience in F&B B2B sales, corporate catering sales, central kitchen solutions.
Existing network of corporate clients, event planners, procurement managers, or hospitality partners in Hong Kong is a major plus.
Strong contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and pitch presentation skills with a solid understanding of food cost structures.
Good command of English and Cantonese, proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure B2B clients, wholesale accounts, OEM clients, and institutional catering contracts.
Develop corporate dining programs, group bookings, and exclusive event partnerships to boost revenue.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and client pitching to contract finalization.
Collaborate with Central Kitchen and Restaurant leaders to ensure seamless fulfillment and quality.
Monitor Hong Kong F&B trends and client feedback to propose new menu concepts or catering packages.

We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Assistant Manager / Manager - Business Development to spearhead market expansion and revenue growth for our group. This dual-scope role requires a commercial professional who can secure lucrative B2B corporate catering, wholesale food supply, and OEM contracts for our Central Kitchen, while simultaneously driving corporate partnerships, group dining, and event sales for our restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

Central Kitchen B2B Growth: Identify and secure B2B clients, wholesale accounts, OEM clients, and institutional catering contracts to optimize central kitchen production capacity.
Restaurant Corporate Partnerships: Develop corporate dining programs, group booking channels, and exclusive event partnerships to boost foot traffic and revenue across our restaurant locations.
End-to-End Account Management: Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client pitching to commercial negotiation and contract finalization.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with the Central Kitchen and Restaurant leader to ensure seamless fulfillment, product quality, and service delivery.
Market & Product Alignment: Monitor Hong Kong F&B trends, competitor solutions, and client feedback to propose new menu concepts, ready-to-eat products, or catering packages.

Requirements
