Job summary

The Academïcs Group in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on Business Development Executive to drive corporate partnerships and manage events. You will identify prospective clients for office coffee supply, coordinate catering logistics, and support local marketing activations.

You will also handle BD admin tasks, CRM updates, invoicing, and account documentation while delivering excellent client service to corporate clients and event organizers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related commercial field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• 1–3 years in business development, sales, or operations in F&B, coffee, or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding prospective corporate clients for office coffee supply and subscription services.
• End‑to‑end execution support for event catering and popup activations. Coordinate logistics, venue requirements, staff scheduling, and equipment preparation to ensure smooth event operations on the ground.
• Support store‑level marketing campaigns, co‑branding partnerships, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
• Manage administrative tasks for the BD team, including updating sales trackers/CRM records, drafting agreements, processing client invoicing/quotations, and maintaining account documentation.
• Serve as a helpful, responsive daily point of contact for corporate clients and event organizers, delivering excellent client service and ensuring timely follow‑ups.

About the role

• A strong passion for specialty coffee, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and a drive to grow within a fast‑paced retail environment.
