OOCL is seeking an Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits to lead digitally driven C&B workflows in its Corporate HR team. You will contribute to policy review, statutory compliance and business support while overseeing payroll, MPF, taxation, leave, benefits and expatriate management.

You will also coordinate pay surveys, budgeting, salary reviews and bonus distributions, and drive HRIS updates and analytics with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of C&B experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience with expatriate tax management a plus.
• Proven track record in C&B revamps and policy implementations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/Power BI.

Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits, Corporate Human Resources

Drive the revamp and digitalization of C&B workflows, identify process optimization opportunities.

Participate in reviewing and formulating C&B policies and procedures to ensure statutory compliance and support business needs.

Handle full spectrum of C&B operations, including payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration, employee benefits and expatriate management.

Manage various C&B exercises including pay trend survey, budgeting, salary review & bonus distribution, insurance review and other projects.

Handle HRIS updates, maintenance and enhancement.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ experience in C&B, preferably with solid MNC background, including expatriate tax management in particular PRC.

Solid track record in revamping and implementing C&B initiatives, policies, systems and projects

Strong numeric sense and analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
