  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal ability in English and Chinese.

  • Communicate benefits information to employees, addressing questions and concerns, and promoting the value of the organization's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy that supports the organization's talent management objectives.
  • Design and administer incentive and recognition programs that drive individual and team performance, as well as employee engagement.
  • Ensure the organization's compensation and benefits programs are aligned with its culture, values, and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to employee compensation and benefits.
