Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business and 4+ years in compensation/benefits or HR generalist roles, with strong HRIS knowledge and communication skills. On-site work in Hong Kong with collaborative, fast-paced dynamics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of compensation programs including salary structures and job descriptions.
• Support benefits programs: health/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, perks.
• Serve as a point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain and update HRIS with employee data, compensation, and benefits enrollments.
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
• Contribute to annual benefits renewal and broker/provider coordination.
• Provide general HR support on policies and procedures.
• Assist with lifecycle events (hiring, promotions, terminations).
• Contribute to HR programs, initiatives, and best practices.
• Support HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Specialist on special projects.

The hiring company is seeking an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team, a premier mixed-use development in the heart of the city. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's talent attraction, retention, and engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of the company's compensation programs, including job levelling, salary structures, salary reviews, and job descriptions.
• Support the management of the company's benefits programs, including health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain and update the company's HRIS system with employee data, compensation details, and benefits enrollments.
• Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits.
