Job summary

Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an HR professional to manage full‑cycle recruitment and provide comprehensive HR support across the Group’s diverse operations.

You will lead C&B activities including payroll, MPF, taxation and medical insurance, maintain accurate staff records in HRIS, prepare management reports, and offer HR guidance on employee relations in a fast paced, five‑day week environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of C&B experience; F&B/Retail background preferred.
• Degree in HR Management or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Team player able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for front‑line and back‑office roles.
• Explore recruitment channels to fulfil hiring needs.
• Provide HR advice and handle employee relations.
• Maintain accurate staff records in HRIS.
• Handle C&B, including payroll, taxation, MPF, and medical insurance.
• Assist in reviewing and implementing C&B policies.
• Administer medical, leave, and attendance records.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
• Execute ad‑hoc HR projects as assigned.
