China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an HR/payroll professional to manage the employee lifecycle including MPF, insurance, tax, and final payments. You will prepare and process payroll, maintain accurate records, and handle staff inquiries about HR policies and benefits.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS, and bilingual English/ Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to multi-task under tight schedule.
• Good team player with strong sense of accountability.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.
